Students are ultimate stakeholders in future education system

As a part of Ohio’s participation in the nation’s first Digital Learning Day yesterday, we invited a group of students, parents and teachers to share their testimony in support of digital learning before the House of Representatives Committee on Education. At the core of KnowledgeWorks’ mission is the belief that education must first serve the needs of students and not the needs of institutions. With an opportunity to speak in front of the Committee, we couldn’t think of a better way to showcase digital learning than by letting students speak for themselves. They are, in fact, the ultimate stakeholders in this, and in any future education system.
