New Tech High coming to NHS

A school within a school will open on Nipomo High School’s campus in fall 2012, and a new group of parents and community members are raising the money to make it happen.

The Lucia Mar Unified School District is taking its VISION 2020 to the next level, after its board of education earlier this month approved the planning and implementation of two programs meant to give students skills that will help them succeed in the 21st century.
