Erica Snyder
School Coach

As a School Development Coach, Erica’s primary role is to aid in the high fidelity implementation of PBL in schools across the network while providing on-site support for schools in Texas, Arkansas, and Delaware.

Before joining NTN, Erica was a founding member of two New Tech high schools, in Chicago, Illinois, and Charlotte, North Carolina. She was the World History component of a team-taught English 9/World History course for four years as well as the stand alone English teacher for one. She was the school advocate and received her 21st Century PBL Certification from New Tech as a teacher and teacher trainer. In 2006, she participated in the Japan Fulbright Memorial Fund program and was named teacher of the year in 2010.

Erica graduated from DePaul University in 2003 with a BA in Secondary Education for History and English. She completed her Masters of Education Instructional Technology in 2009 from East Carolina University.
